_{I understand that the Live Teaching Sessions and Pop-Up Experiences will be recorded and any written experiences shared in the course may be used for marketing, teaching, or for any other purpose which Feminine Eros Inc determines appropriate. While Gillian is very conscious not to make highly personal details public on the internet, I understand this recording may be used in the future with non-attendees. I consent to being recorded and that Feminine Eros Inc owns the rights to this recording.}  

_{Further, I understand that any writing Participant may feel called to share within the Feminine Eros field may be used for marketing and/or testimonial purposes. Names and/or any identifying details or features will be altered to protect confidentiality.}

_{Feminine Eros Inc retains the right, at its sole discretion, to remove participants from any paid experience and to issue a partial refund in the event of extenuating circumstances where it may deem such action appropriate.} 
 

_{Failed Payment Policy:} 

_{If you are late on payment, you'll immediately enter a 14-day grace period to get current on payment to keep your standing in the program. If you don't update your card/pay, your active balance during the 14-day grace period, you'll be removed from the program and all Feminine Eros Facebook Group Communities and Social Networks. To be re-instated, you'll need to pay off your balance.}
